Terms of Use
1. Scope of application
1.1. These terms and conditions govern your use of the browser game called PotionEmpire, created and managed by Illimitron.com. When recording or performing connection (log-in) by the user on the portal PotionEmpire, a user contract is entered into with Illimitron.com.
1.2. PotionEmpire is a browser provided by Illimitron.com as free entertainment. Redemption requests will not be accepted for any loss of data, malfunction or other problems that can be attributed directly or indirectly to the use of PotionEmpire.
1.3. Illimitron.com provides the browser game PotionEmpire within the limits of its technical possibilities. This availability will be subject to the time during which the use of PotionEmpire is suspended or restricted for technical reasons or required maintenance.
1.4. PotionEmpireis a browser subject to continuous development, updates and adjustments to the work of Illimitron.com. The user has only the opportunity to participate in the game in its current version, and grants to Illimitron.com irrevocable right to modify all or part of the contents of the Internet pages of PotionEmpire at any time.
1.5. It is your responsibility to ensure that the supplied software and hardware used by them is up to date and fit for use. PotionEmpire requires a current web browser and an active internet connection to be played properly.

2. Conclusion of contract
2.1. A prerequisite for the use of the browser game PotionEmpire provided by Illimitron.com is a recording of the user.
2.2. Recording is permitted only to natural persons. There are only individuals authorized to use as a user (no groups, families, partners, etc..). If the user is a minor, he assures sending a registration request to hold a license issued effective by his guardian or legal representative.
2.3. During registration, the user is required to specify a user name, a password and an e-mail headed the user. They have no right to receive a particular player name. The name of the player must not infringe rights of third parties and shall not be detrimental to morality. As a player's name should also not be used e-mail addresses or internet. The user is responsible for the veracity and completeness of the information provided by them to Illimitron.com at registration.
2.4. Registration must be done in person. Registration is not permitted by third parties, particularly those running in a professional recording of individual people at several teleservice providers (registration services and automatic access to services on-line).
2.5. The acceptance of the application for registration is made on PotionEmpire by means of a confirmation of authorization sent by e-mail. With e-mail in question, the user receives an activation link. Clicking it, Illimitron.com enables the user and the personal account of the player. With the authorization or activation of the service is concluded between it and the user a user contract for an indefinite period in accordance with these conditions.

2.7. The personal account of the player is not transferable except with the express permission of Illimitron.com.
2.8. There is no entitlement to the registration and qualifications of the personal account of the player and the user may register only once for each server.
2.9. For each connection (log in) you agree to the rules again stipulated in this contract and any such change made at a later date the registration of the player's personal account as explained in paragraph 12.1.
3. Privacy withdrawal
3.1. You can revoke the declaration of accession to the contract in writing (e-mail) and no adduction of reasons. The time limit begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, however not before the conclusion of the contract and the fulfillment of our information obligations.
4 General obligations of the user
4.1. You agree to immediately notify Illimitron.com all future changes affecting the e-mail address provided during registration. You agree to confirm in Illimitron.com at the request of the correctness of the data itself.
4.2 Data Connection, identification, passwords
4.2.1. You agree to maintain the confidentiality in relation to its data connection, all identification and passwords. The user can enter the connection data solely on the websites operated by Illimitron.com.
4.2.2.'' data connection'' and'' identification and password'' means any string of letters and / or characters and / or numbers used to identify the user and to exclude use any unauthorized third party. It is appropriate that the password does not match the name of the player and that it contains a combination of numbers and letters.

Unless expressly permitted by these Terms of Use, you are not entitled to edit, reproduce, distribute, make public internet pages of PotionEmpire, content provided herein or any portion thereof, or to use for advertising purposes or as specified other than for the purpose agreed by contract. Permitted is only determined by technical reproduction for the purpose of browsing as well as permanent only for private use, as they do not cause damage to PotionEmpire or Illimitron.com at the sole discretion of Illimitron.com itself. It is expressly forbidden to reproduce by any form of printed or electronic dissemination of content that can be obtained only through a real use of the game, such as extraction time of various ingredients. You may not modify, suppress or delete the information that refer to copyrights and brand names.
4.3.2.'' content'' means all kinds of data, images, text, graphics, music, melodies, sequences of sound elements, video, programs, software code and other information prepared by Illimitron.com on the Internet pages of PotionEmpire.
4.3.3. The user undertakes not to commit any act which may disrupt or interfere with the operation of the web pages of PotionEmpire well as from accessing data to which the user has no right of access. The retrieval of the contents may only take so that the use of the internet pages of PotionEmpire is not compromised. You can not send any data or software that can influence hardware or software from recipients.
4.3.4. Any use of the internet pages of PotionEmpire for commercial purposes, in particular for advertising purposes, requires the express prior approval in writing by Illimitron.com.

5 Special conditions for use of PotionEmpire
5.1. The user can play the game using only a personal account of the player, if not in the case in which the rules of the game provide specific exceptions. It is not allowed the use of multiple personal accounts. Personal accounts multi-user may be blocked or deleted at any time by Illimitron.com at the discretion of the same.
5.2. user is prohibited from any form of manipulative interference of PotionEmpire. In particular, the user is not authorized to use measures, mechanisms or software that may jeopardize the functioning and the course of the game. The user is not authorized to adopt measures that may cause an unreasonable or excessive load of technical skills. The user is not allowed to block, overwrite or modify contents generated by Illimitron.com, nor intervene in the game so that you can be trouble.
5.3. The user is also forbidden to invoke the browser game (including all other individual web pages) with other programs outside of the browser or the client program made available. In this regard Illimitron.com provides the only opportunity for the exchange of technical information. However, there is no entitlement to the provision of such possibilities of communication.
6.2. You assume sole responsibility for the content and contributions from these created and agrees to indemnify in full measure Illimitron.com by rights claims by third parties. Illimitron.com explicitly does not claim the content created by users. You grant to Illimitron.com, however, the permanent, irrevocable and non-exclusive right to use the content and contributions posted by the user. Illimitron.com informs that it does not check active-created content. However, a test will be performed. e) indent topical religious or political;
f) contain chain letters or pyramid schemes;
g) convey the false impression that they have been provided or supported by Illimitron.com;
h) contain personal data of third parties without their express consent;
i) are of a commercial nature and, in particular, advertising.
6.4. is allowed to appoint Internet sites, company or product names only if it is not primarily intended for advertising purposes.
6.5. All users who use the communication facilities provided on the Internet pages of Illimitron.com are required to make use of a language acceptable. Are omitted by criticism or insults, attacks on people or ideologies.
6.6. Without prejudice to other rights under these terms of use, Illimitron.com has the right to modify or cancel in whole or in part measure the content and contributions that violate these rules. 7 Effects of failure of the obligations

f) immediate termination of the contract of use and deletion of personal account of the player.
7.3. In the event that the user has been suspended or canceled, is not allowed to reconnect unless prior consent of Illimitron.com. There is no right for a waiver of a cancellation, a virtual ban from the chat or other measures.
8 Limitation of Liability
8.1. The user responds directly and personally to third parties for violations of their rights due to him. The user agrees to reimburse to Illimitron.com any damages resulting from failure of its obligations under these terms of use. The user shall indemnify Illimitron.com from any claim of any other users or third parties against Illimitron.com itself in case of user-created content violate their rights or if you fail to comply with other obligations. 9 Duration of the contract; cancellation of the player's personal account
9.1. The contract for the use of PotionEmpire is concluded for an indefinite period. It becomes effective after approval or authorization to care for Illimitron.com.
9.2. The contract may be terminated at any time by either party without reference to any reasons. The actual cessassione the contract but is only after both parties have received a written notice regarding the termination. g) you are in breach of the law, these Terms of Use, which supplement the existing conditions and / or rules of the game.
9.4. The termination must be in writing. Terminations via e-mail fulfill the requirement of written form.
9.5. Illimitron.com is entitled to delete the user account if there are legitimate reasons (eg. inactivity). Illimitron.com may also in its sole discretion to delete the user account to the termination of the contract.
10 Data Protection
10.1. Your personal data will be collected, processed or used only if the same has given his consent, or the requirements of the law allows or requires it.

11 Applicable Law
11.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the law of the Italian Republic.
12 Amendments to these terms of use, various agreements, communications, escape clause
12.1. Illimitron.com reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use or the Rules of the Game. Users will be informed of the change in the conditions at the time of connection to the main page of PotionEmpire.
